Kara Bezuko, MCP, RCC - Clinical Counsellor and Psychotherapist (She/Her/Hers)

I’m so glad you’re here - let’s get to know each other

Whatever has brought you here – the weight of your thoughts, anxieties, depression, the uncertainty of life – i welcome you. My goal is to provide you a space to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and experiences without judgement. At the heart of all my work is the belief that you are the expert of you. My focus is on getting to know the real you, all the parts, so we can understand where you are today, and work towards where you want to be. Working together, we can uncover strategies to help you understand inner blocks and barriers, and refine a set of tools to bring about the changes you want to see in your life. I believe it is a privilege to walk next to my clients throughout their journey.

My approach is rooted in the belief that our physical, mental and emotional aspects of our selves are interconnected in a marvellous web. In my work I draw from ten years’ experience working in health and wellness specializing in mindfulness, meditation and breath-work. The core of my practice draws from a combination of humanistic, somatic, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural theories. My approach is collaborative and client-focused, and I work with individuals of all genders, sexualities and intersectionalities.

I show up with warmth, curiosity, compassion - making this a space where you can show up with all the different parts of yourself.
