What are the benefits of this program?

aka how can mindfulness skills really help me?

  • Through psychoeducation we will transform your understanding of the ins and outs of ADHD. (You’ll be amazed at the things you thought were “just you,”)

  • We will learn mindfulness strategies to manage your explosive emotions so you can feel calmer and have healthier relationships.

  • By deepening our self-awareness we will interrupt the cycles of perfectionism (those self-sabotage thoughts that are holding you back).

  • Boost your productivity by solving the cause of procrastination so you never have to Google “productivity hacks for ADHD” again.

  • FINALLY - mindfulness supports ADHD because it actually (with practice) can strengthen the part of the brain (your prefrontal cortex). This part of your brain is responsible for: focus, planning and impulse control!

  • OH and mindfulness raises your brains level of dopamine - which for ADHDer’s is in short supply.

Your questions, answered…

You'll start with the basics, learning simple mindfulness practices that are easy to integrate into your daily life. The course is tailored to people with ADHD, so it focuses on practical tools that work for your unique needs—no need for any previous mindfulness knowledge. You'll be supported throughout the journey, and the techniques are adaptable to fit where you’re at right now. So, feel free to jump in, and we'll help you build your skills from the ground up!

  • I totally understand your frustration—meditation doesn't always feel like the right fit, especially with ADHD, where it can be challenging to stay focused or calm. A mindfulness skills course for ADHD is different because it’s designed specifically to address the unique challenges that come with ADHD, like distractibility and difficulty staying present.

Instead of focusing on traditional meditation techniques, the course will offer practical, ADHD-friendly mindfulness strategies. These could include shorter, more manageable exercises, movement-based practices, or tools to help refocus your attention in everyday situations. It will teach you ways to integrate mindfulness into your daily routine, without the pressure of "just sitting still." You’ll learn how to use mindfulness to manage impulses, reduce stress, improve attention, and help regulate emotions, all while respecting the way your brain works.

It’s about giving you tools that work for you—not just generic techniques.

  • No, live sessions will not be recorded to preserve the interactive and personalized experience for participants. However, all mindfulness practices and course content will be made available in your course pack, so you can revisit the material and continue your journey at your own pace.

  • Absolutely. Clinical and self-diagnosis are welcome.

The tools, techniques will offer value to your life regardless of who gave you your diagnosis.

  • No! The beauty of this offering is that it is a mindfulness skills training. We will be collaborating as a group, practicing skills and learning a whole bunch related to ADHD and mindfulness.
